Theme verse - “His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our
knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness.” 2 Peter 1:3

Session # 1  We are God’s idea and, thus, a “very good” idea! Each ofus has been designed uniquely! Each of us has been made with a purpose that is distinctly ours – our IDENTITY.

In our “Born Identity”, God gave us life. In our “Born Again Identity” God calls us into relationship with Him and gives us godliness. So, our “Born Ultimatum” is to grow in
our knowledge of God and fulfill the special purpose that He designed for us.  Scripture is clear – God has given us EVERYTHING that we need to live lives of
godliness! Yet so many Christians meander through life powerless and without purpose.

Session #2  Born Again Idenity - Understanding that someone loves you so much that they gave their life in your place
– when what you really deserved is death but what you get is eternal life in heaven with Jesus Christ – should bring about amazing change in our lives! It should give us great confidence and cause us to be determined to live our lives in a way that pleases God.

Session #3  The Born Ultimatum -What is it?     Our Call to Action!  The New Life that we receive in Christ comes with a Mission:
Our Mission: per Jesus, “Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the
Holy Spirit and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.” (Matthew 28:19-20)
And our New Life comes with Commandments: Our Commandment: per Jesus, “Love the Lord your God with all
your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment And the second is like it:
‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’” (Matthew 22:37-38)
What we get when enter a relationship with Christ – NEW LIFE! That new life is an awesome privilege. It also brings with it responsibility. ‘The Born Again Ultimatum’”.
