Session One kicks off at 8:30AM on Thursday 2/17 and goes til lunch

Lunch break, fellowship and brain food renewal

Session Two: 1:30 - 5:30PM
Dismiss @ 5:30PM

Supper after the planning is optional and dutch treat. Supper is fellowship based and a favorite time for anyone who can stay. If you have to skip out, no problem but we would love to have you!

Background Screening for Volunteers
Being screened is your opportunity to declare yourself as a safe and willing vessel ready for ministry. This allows you and SME to declare to the church, students and community that we are operating in a SAFE place where students can encounter God in an incredible way.
Each volunteer and staff member of SME camp must complete a screening process. If you are participating in Camp at the request of, on behalf of, or under the supervision of a local church, you will secure your background screening through that church. Ask your Youth Leader about the process. If you are participating in SME camp as a volunteer or paid staff, then you can process your screening with SME at smeonline.net. Just go to the website, click on either the CAMP tab on the front page and find the link in the camp information text. Fill out the form and submit it. That’s it! Or click on the TRAINING tab on the home page, go to SafeNET ©, then click on background screening. This will take you to the online process to complete your screening through our partners at ProtectMyMinistry.com
