As SME grows in the area of custom ministry programming, we keep an eye and ear out for exceptional individuals who are gifted in a variety of student ministry disciplines.

Our custom events programming is called CONNECT.  Through it, SME provides youth ministries with anything needed for programming a successful ministry event.

We are often looking for speakers, praise & worship leaders/bands and curriculum writers.

Currently we have over 20 speakers and 7 P&W leaders/bands in our CONNECT affiliate program. 

Due to the growing number of youth ministers moving away from "canned" events to "custom" events which they shape and control, we are always interested in gifted individuals who can give a week, two weeks, a weekend, etc. as we meet the needs of the local church.

Ninety percent of our affiliates are employed full time in the local church and we give preference to them.
