Connecting and facilitating ministry relationships is one of the impact initiatives of SME.

Hiring staff and filling positions can be the single most important decision a ministry supervisor can make.  New staff can become the tipping point for major kingdom impact or a relational nightmare for years to come. 

The time consumption in feeding and nurturing that process can be enormous.  Most often, it is time that ministers do not have in their busy schedules.  While we believe that God is the initiator and connector for those called to His ministry, there are practical steps that can prevent a loss of valuable momentum and energy.  Simply put, SME connects ministers with positions.  We are not an employment agency or a headhunter service and we do not work with non-ministry related positions.  We deal exclusively with ministries and ministers. 

Vocational ministry and God’s call to serve are unique in the employment arena.  The difference between a call to ministry and the pursuit of a job is critically different.  Only God can lead you to your ideal staff selection but we can help keep the process from detracting from your ministry momentum and help initiate the relationship.
